Class Description



Private One-on-One Class

Private one-on-one classes are good for those who want the fastest way to progress, as the exercises will be tailored to suit your individual need, ensuring undivided attention and maximum benefit in each session. A private one-on-one class is especially ideal for Pilates first-timers. Our instructor will take you through the basic principles of Pilates technique, such as postural awareness, breathing and stretching. Our instructor will also help guide you to determine if more private classes are required or if you are ready to progress to semi-private or Reformer group classes. Appointment required*

Semi-Private Class (2 persons)

Semi-private classes are popular for couples and friends. A great way to save money but you still get the individualized attention you would get in a private class. Intended for those already familiar with basic knowledge of Pilates/Yoga, we recommend that you take 2 or 3 Private classes before signing up for a Semi-Private Class. Appointment required*



Reformers are Pilates machines that use springs and pulleys to provide variable resistance to assist and challenge the body. The variable resistance with Reformer Pilates makes it unique and is why it’s suitable for every level of ability. This class is up to 7 persons.


GROUP CLASS (in alphabetical order)

Ball Pilates
Is an effective tool for strengthening your abdominals and other core muscles. Stability balls can make any exercise more challenging and provide many benefits when used regularly.

Body Language
Aerobik exercises which focusing on the muscle of your hips, abs, and butt and for women intimate part.

Cardio Dance
A dancing class with a newest pop song that will make you sweat and burn calories, it is also fun.

A fusion of martial art that will burn calories and fun to join.

Foam Roller
Aids spinal extension exercises, challenges the core, and tones your glutes and thighs.  Strengthens abs, legs, core and more with this fun but intense total body workout.

Group Class (Pilates Reformer)
Group Reformer classes are popular, but a degree of experience in using the apparatus is advisable before joining.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is a set of physical exercises and sequences of yoga,designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones.

Lite Yoga
Yoga classes that designed for beginner to intermediate member with a easy flow so everyone can enjoy and learn more about yoga poses.

Lower Body Pilates
Pilates exercise focusing on hip, thighs, and glutes.

Pilates Matwork
A pilates movement in mat to strengthen total body especially abdominals.

A non-stop, cardio fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits for a sleek, sexy, and powerful you!

Upper Body Pilates
Pilates exercise focusing on the biceps and triceps as well as the shoulders, back and core.

Vinyasa Yoga
Is a flowing dynamic yoga style that links movement of each poses with the breath.

Yin Yoga
Is a practice focused on seated, supine, or prone poses held for longer periods of time.
